The Magicians is a popular and critically acclaimed American fantasy television series that aired on Syfy. The series is based on the novel of the same name which is written by Lev Grossman. The series follows Quentin Coldwater who enrolls at Brakebills University for Magical Pedagogy to be trained as a magician but his childhood friend Julia is derailed when she is denied entry.
