Martin Scorsese has been getting rave reviews for his new movie ‘The Irishman’ which just got released on Netflix. Many people are already talking about Oscar nomination for this movie. Now, according to the various reports Martin Scorsese is already working on his new movie Killers of the Flower Moon. He has teamed up with Leonardo DiCaprio and Robert De Niro for this new project.

What will be Killers of the Flower Moon about ?

Killers of the Flower Moon will be based on the book of same name by American journalist David Grann.  The book was released on April 18, 2017 and was named top ten non-fiction books of 2017 by Time magazine.

In the book, it follows  a series of murders of wealthy Osage people that took place in Osage County, Oklahoma in the early 1920s. The numbered of murdered native Americans were 20 officially but it is suspected that hundreds more may have been killed because of their ties to oil. William Hale was claimed to be mastermind behind the incident and book gives detail evidence for this.
